Visiting the website

No cookies, no tracking, no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts, scripts and data come from our own server; nothing is loaded from third parties.

Your browser remembers your language on your device (localStorage). This information does not leave your device.

Our hosting provider logs the IP address, time, requested file and browser details of every request. We need this only for secure operation and delete these logs after 6 months at the latest. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Waitlist

If you sign up, we store your email address, your interest (lap timer only, or lap timer with OBD2 plug), your language and the time of your consent. You first receive an email with a confirmation link. You are only on the list once you have confirmed.

We only write to you about PURELAP: what it looks like, when it is available and what changes. Every email contains an unsubscribe link. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

We delete unconfirmed entries after 30 days, and confirmed ones when you unsubscribe, at the latest 12 months after sales start.

To prevent abuse, the server stores your IP address as a hash for at most 24 hours in order to limit requests per hour.

Recipients

Hosting and email: Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (GE), Switzerland. The data is stored in data centres in Switzerland. We do not sell personal data or pass it on abroad.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and a copy of your data, object to processing and withdraw your consent. Write to hello@purelap.ch.

You can complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, www.edoeb.admin.ch) or, in the EU and EEA, to your data protection authority.

Changes

We update this statement when our processing or the law changes. The current version on this page applies.
